General FAQ

  • When is your next drop? - All new drops will be posted on the YiruMart social medias so please follow there to stay up to date!

  • Do you do restocks? All drops are sold in limited amounts and new designs are made for new drops. If there is a lot of demand and a creator agrees, a second release may be made.

  • Do you plan to expand your merchandise? - I'm currently working towards being able to offer more merchandise options so I can give more options to the creators I collaborate with!

  • How do pre-orders work? - Products that are for pre-order will usually be ordered in one batch from our manufacturers, they will then be shipped out at a later date - information on when is usually always included in the product info. In the case of a drop being an extended time, there might be multiple waves determined by when a customer places their order - cut off period for each wave is also detailed in the product info page too.
  • Can I use the art and designs on your site? - The artwork made by Yirusann and the designs used for merchandise on YiruMart is made and used under the commercial rights of our collaborated creators and are not allowed to be used.

  • Can I resell your items? - You may resell or trade if you wish, I just ask that you do not resell for profit.

  • How can I work with you on a collaboration? - You may email me at YiruMart@gmail.com or be referred by a creator that I have previously worked with!

Shipping & Order FAQ

  • UK orders will be posted via 1st Class - no minimum order required!

  • International orders will be sent via tracked postage + you will receive a tracking number!

  • Please note that due to Royal Mail strikes, some orders may be slightly delayed, just be sure to check your tracking number for order updates!

  • All orders are sent in compostable waterproof liners and packaged in hardbacked envelopes / bubble mailers / boxes to ensure safe travel~!

  • If you have any other questions after ordering, you can send a reply to your order confirmation email and I will get back to you ASAP!

  • Please note that EU customers may be responsible for paying customs fees.
