Refunds & Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original delivery date (i.e. when your item was marked delivered, not your purchase date). Items must meet the following criteria to be returnable:

• Item(s) are in brand new condition (i.e. no worn or damaged items, or products missing parts not due to our error)
• Item(s) were not marked final sale
• Item(s) were delivered within 14 days of today's date

Please note that YiruMart does not accept returns for any items marked "Final Sale".

RETURN POLICY

When items are returned within a 30 day period, YiruMart will issue a full refund for the item returned via the payment method used to the customer. 

YiruMart is unfortunately unable to offer refunds for items returned after this 2-week window.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

RETURN PROCESSING

Returns will be processed within 7 business days of being marked delivered. Once your return is received and confirmed, YiruMart will issue you a refund for the item returned.

HOW TO BEGIN A RETURN: 

1) First, please reply to your confirmation email and precisely let me know of the item(s) that you’d like to return from that order.

2) Once given confirmation, pack the items you wish to return with a note stating your original order number.
